| Making your Booking Once we have received your booking form and booking deposit, we will, subject to availability, confirm your stay by issuing a confirmation invoice by email. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of our sending it out. We accept credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard.) You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to accomodate your booking for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Number of persons Only those persons whose name appears on the Booking Form may use the property. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. Insurance It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. Responsibilities The owner and agent are not responsible for anything that is beyond their control, i.e. local power failures and water supplies. The owner and agent are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss (for example los of enjoyment) or damage arising within the booking period. Changeover Changeover will normally be on a Saturday unless otherwise agreed. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival - although we will try to accommodate your flights! It will probably be necessary for you to vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not necessary. Pets Pets are not permitted unless otherwise stated. Smoking All properties are strictly non-smoking. Those wishing to smoke are asked to do so outside the property on the terrace. Information The information given by the agent is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of statements made, but the owners or agents are not liable for any variation however caused. |
| Refundable Damage Deposit: You must pay a damage deposit of £250.00, 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). We will deduct the cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused by you or any member of your party from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you within 5 days after your departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused, you will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us. |
