Casa Las Terrazas offers comfortable and stylish accommodation comprising: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms that share a shower room. The bedrooms are all fitted with wall mounted remote control fans and fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space. The living room is bright and spacious with a raised dining area behind. The kitchen, should you wish to cook during your stay is very well equipped. There is a wide, flat screen TV offering a selection of English television programmes.
The gardens are very private and look stunning with the coloured lights at night. There are 2 BBQ areas for alfresco dining either by the pool or in the shade of the covered terrace.
The Algas Beach Bar is just 700 metres away where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink with the cool breeze of the sea watching the world go by!

This is a lovely position to take shade and take in the sea view. Adjacent to the terrace is a BBQ for some alfresco dining.
Around the pool there are sun loungers for topping up the tan and also a large parasol for those that wish to sit in the shade.
Moraira area:
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region The Northern Costa Blanca is green and mountainous. Moraira does not have high-rise apartment blocks unlike many areas of Spain.
There is plenty to do in this area for families: a 30 minute drive will take you to the Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Zoo and Water Park, Mundomar Marine Park, the Vergel Safari Park to name but a few.
Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums. Take time for a day trip inland to visit mountain villages and to enjoy the fantastic countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca.
Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between Javea and Calpe. Its coastline extends for 8 kilometers with a selection of fine sandy beaches and the occasional rocky inlet. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each) with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.
The two main local gently-shelving sandy beaches, awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness, are well tended and very safe for family bathing.
Other local leisure facilities include 3 large Golf courses, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding, go-kart racing tracks for both adults and children, a small fairground and three good night-clubs for all ages. There are many good quality restaurants, including 8 Michelin restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either.
For the shoppers there are wonderful markets in Moraira, Teulada, Calpe and the surrounding area;shop for your local vegetable produce or buy clothes,leather goods, shoes, holiday gifts etc.
Theme parks like Terra Mitaca, Terra Natura and Aqualandia are located in and around Benidorm which is about 35 minutes drive.

How To Get There:
Moraira is easily reached from either Alicante or Valencia airports and many budget airlines inc Easy Jet, Monarch, Ryanair, BMI Baby fly into them both from many uk airports. It is a very direct route to the villa that takes between 60/70 minutes. Directions will be given prior to your departure.
